About Us

Underpronation.org has been created to offer advice and tips to sufferers of supinating, underpronating or rigid feet. The aim is to help those who have underpronating feet to walk, run and exercise in greater comfort, whilst helping to prevent future foot problems from striking.
Underpronators tend to have a much more rigid running gait, with the feet far less efficient at absorbing the shocks and strains from running on hard surfaces. The lack of cushioning from the arches often needs to be replaced with devices such as orthotic insoles, arch supports and extra cushioning in footwear.
Underpronation.org offers impartial advice on the best products on the market specifically tailored for the overpronator, together with tips on maintaining good foot and lower body health.
If you think you have underpronation of the feet, we recommend consulting a podiatrist for a gait analysis and full examination. With a full understanding of your individual requirements and specific correction needs, it is easier to choose the most appropriate products.
